VIP Industries has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved granting 60,000 Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) to employees under the 2018 ESAR plan. The ESAR pool totals 17.06 lakh shares, with a discount of ₹200 or 30% on the previous closing price, whichever is lower. About 13.42 lakh ESARs are already vested, exercisable within five years.
