Fedders Holding Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Rahul Chaudhary from his position as Non-Executive Independent Director following the completion of his first term. He will also step down from his roles as Chairperson and Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, as well as from the Audit Committee. Mr. Chaudhary confirmed that there are no reasons for his resignation beyond the end of his tenure and that he will not seek reappointment. He holds no directorships in other listed companies.
