Arkade Developers has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 net profit rose 27.7% to ₹157 Cr on 9.3% revenue growth to ₹695 Cr; Q4 net profit jumped 69.9% to ₹33 Cr. EBITDA increased 23.1% to ₹206 Cr. Pre-sales and collections improved nearly 20% and 22% respectively. The company expanded its luxury housing portfolio by acquiring 17.5 acres in Mumbai’s western suburbs, including a 4-acre Filmistan site valued at ₹2000 Cr, supporting future growth.
