Hero MotoCorp has announced a board meeting on August 5, 2025.
The financial results for the quarter and half-year reflect strong growth, with standalone revenue rising 4% to Rs. 9,939 Cr (Q4) and 9% to Rs. 40,756 Cr (FY). Standalone PAT increased 6% to Rs. 1,081 Cr (Q4) and 16% to Rs. 4,610 Cr (FY). Consolidated revenue and PAT also showed solid gains.
The Board has approved a final dividend of Rs. 65 per share, bringing the total dividend for FY25 to Rs. 165 per share, rewarding shareholders handsomely.
