GAIL (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

GAIL has announced a board meeting on May 13, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025. Revenue rose to ₹1,42,291 Cr from ₹1,33,500 Cr, while profit before tax jumped to ₹16,096 Cr, driven by a ₹2,440 Cr exceptional income from an LNG supplier settlement. Net profit increased to ₹12,463 Cr from ₹9,903 Cr last year. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹1 per share, adding to the ₹6.50 interim dividend paid during the year. The company is optimistic about recovering ₹871 Cr in outstanding dues from a government gas customer.
