GAIL (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

GAIL has announced a board meeting on which it approved consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to ₹1,42,291 Cr from ₹1,33,500 Cr last year, with profit before tax surging to ₹16,096 Cr, supported by a one-time exceptional income of ₹2,440 Cr from an LNG supplier settlement. Net profit after tax increased to ₹12,463 Cr from ₹9,903 Cr. The board declared a final dividend of ₹1 per share, adding to the interim ₹6.50 paid earlier. Recovery of ₹871 Cr dues from Nagarjuna Fertilizers remains underway.
