Jaykay Enterprises Ltd — Updates, 13-05-2025: Company Update

Jaykay Enterprises has acquired an additional 15 lakh preference shares worth Rs. 15 Cr in its wholly owned subsidiary, JK Digital & Advance Systems, through a Rights Issue. JK Digital, incorporated in 2023, operates in Digital & IT Services but has not yet commenced operations. This infusion supports JK Digital’s planned business activities, including 3D printing and advanced systems development, funded by net proceeds from Jaykay’s earlier Rights Issue. The acquisition was completed in cash and does not affect Jaykay’s 100% ownership in JK Digital, reinforcing the Group’s investment in its digital and IT services vertical.
