Hero MotoCorp Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 65 per share (face value Rs. 2), awaiting shareholder approval. M/s. SGS Associates LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to member approval. ACM Birender Singh Dhanoa (Retd.) is set for re-appointment as Independent Director for a second five-year term, while Ms. Vasudha Dinodia has offered herself for re-appointment as Director, both pending shareholder consent. The 42nd AGM is scheduled for August.
