Hero MotoCorp has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 65 per share. M/s. SGS Associates LLP is appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending approval. ACM Birender Singh Dhanoa (Retd.) is up for re-appointment as Independent Director for another five-year term. Ms. Vasudha Dinodia seeks re-appointment as a director.
