Hero MotoCorp Limited — Important, 13-05-2025: General Updates

Hero MotoCorp has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board approved a final dividend of Rs. 65 per share. M/s. SGS Associates LLP is proposed as secretarial auditors for five years. ACM Birender Singh Dhanoa (Retd.) is set for re-appointment as Independent Director for another five-year term, and Ms. Vasudha Dinodia is proposed for re-appointment as Director. The 42nd AGM is scheduled soon.
