Magadh Sugar & Energy Ltd has announced a board meeting in which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company generated total revenue of ₹1322.29 Cr for the year, with a net profit of ₹109.45 Cr, marginally down from ₹116.41 Cr last year. Sugar operations posted a strong profit of ₹114.19 Cr, while distillery and co-generation segments earned ₹60.04 Cr and ₹21.78 Cr, respectively. The Board approved a final dividend of ₹12.50 per share (125%). Leadership saw changes with Mr. Chandra Mohan resigning as Wholetime Director, replaced by Mr. Pankaj Singh. New auditors for secretarial, internal, and cost functions were appointed for FY2025-26, and the audit concluded with a clean opinion.
