Ujaas Energy Limited has announced a board meeting to approve issuing 17 bonus shares for every 25 shares held by public shareholders, excluding promoters, by capitalizing up to Rs. 45.06 lakh from reserves. Promoters will not participate. Bonus shares will carry equal voting rights and be credited in demat form, subject to shareholder and authority approvals.
