Kinetic Engineering Ltd — Updates, 13-05-2025: Company Update

Kinetic Engineering Limited has announced a board meeting and granted a non-exclusive brand license to its subsidiary, Kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd. (KWV), for the EV business. KWV, focused on electric vehicle solutions, is preparing to launch its product portfolio and market strategy. KEL and promoters have invested ₹71.83 Cr in KWV, securing an 80% stake, underscoring their commitment to EV growth. Kinetic Engineering, a key supplier of EV components like gearboxes and axles, is also expanding into battery manufacturing through the “Range X” brand, strengthening its position across the electric mobility ecosystem.
