GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals has announced a board meeting on 30th May 2025 as the record date to identify shareholders eligible for a final dividend of Rs. 42 per equity share (face value Rs. 10) for the year ended 31st March 2025, pending approval at the AGM on 27th June 2025. Dividend payments will be made on or after 30th June 2025 to shareholders on record as of the record date.
