Prabha Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Prabha Energy has announced a board meeting in which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board decided to sell 70% equity in its subsidiary Deep Natural Resources Limited, which will stop being a subsidiary post-sale. M/s Manubhai & Shah LLP were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26, and M/s RPSS & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years, both subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Narayanan Sadanandan was named Additional Independent Director, and Mr. Vishal Gautambhai Palkhiwala re-appointed as Executive Director for three years, pending shareholders’ approval.
