Bharti Hexacom Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bharti Hexacom has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenues surged 22.5% YoY to Rs 2,289 Cr, led by strong growth in mobile services (+22%) and Homes & Office (+29.6%). EBITDA jumped 33.5% to Rs 1,220 Cr with a margin of 53.3%, while EBIT rose 49% to Rs 677 Cr. Net income before exceptional items soared 70.9% to Rs 380 Cr and Rs 468 Cr after. FY25 revenue grew 20.6% to Rs 8,548 Cr, with net income hitting Rs 1,494 Cr. Net debt/EBITDAaL improved to 0.87x. Final dividend set at Rs 10/share. Subscriber base grew to 28.58 million with strong 4G/5G additions and boosted ARPU and data usage.
