Bharti Hexacom has announced a board meeting on May 28 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The mobile customer base grew 3.4% YoY to ~28.58 Mn, with data traffic rising 23.5%. Homes segment customers increased 46.9% YoY to 0.45 Mn, driving ~30% revenue growth. Q4 revenue reached Rs 2,289 Cr (+22.5% YoY) and EBITDA rose 33.5% to Rs 1,220 Cr with a 53.3% margin. Net income before exceptions jumped 71% to Rs 380 Cr. Net debt declined 7% YoY, improving leverage. A new Apple partnership adds Apple TV+ and Apple Music to offerings.
