Prabha Energy has announced a board meeting on to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved re-appointments of internal and secretarial auditors for five years. Mr. Narayanan Sadanandan joined as Additional Independent Director, adding 40 years of banking and advisory experience. The company will sell its 70% stake in Deep Natural Resources Limited, which will no longer be a subsidiary post-sale. Mr. Vishal Gautambhai Palkhiwala was re-appointed as Director for three years.
