Alembic Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Alembic Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of the consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 310.68 Cr, up from Rs 268.62 Cr last year, led by strong performances in real estate and pharmaceuticals. Revenue jumped to Rs 2218.9 Cr from Rs 1574.9 Cr. A dividend of Rs 2.40 per share (120% payout) was declared. The board also approved appointing M/s. Samdani Shah & Kabra as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years, pending shareholder approval.
