Bharti Airtel Limited — Important, 13-05-2025: Updates

Bharti Airtel has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The customer base grew to ~591 million (+5.1% YoY) with mobile data usage up 22%. India revenues rose 15.3% to Rs 367,345 Mn, led by 20.6% mobile revenue growth. Africa posted 8.7% customer and 23.2% revenue growth (constant currency). EBITDA margin expanded to 57.2%, supported by operational efficiencies. Capex was Rs 144,008 Mn, focused on 5G and IPTV rollouts. Prepaid spectrum liabilities of Rs 5,985 Cr were settled. Operating free cash flow jumped 39% YoY to Rs 130,035 Mn. Profit before tax rose 44% YoY to Rs 97,240 Mn.
