Springform Technology Limited has announced the immediate resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s Vandana V. Dodhia & Co., following a change in company control and management location from Mumbai to Delhi after a recent Open Offer. The auditor, appointed in December 2020, completed the audit for the financial year ended March 2025 and resigned at the management's request to allow appointment of auditors based in the new management’s state. The Audit Committee and Board will take steps to appoint a new statutory auditor to fill the vacancy. No other issues were cited by the auditor.
