ASK Automotive posted 20% revenue growth to Rs. 3613 Cr in FY25, with EBITDA rising 43% to Rs. 444 Cr and PAT up 43% to Rs. 248 Cr. EBITDA margin improved 193 bps to 12.3%, driven by better capacity use at Karoli and cost efficiencies. Advanced Braking Systems (+16%) and Aluminium Light Weighting (+28%) led growth across segments. Export revenue remained stable at Rs. 147 Cr. Operations began at a new Karnataka plant, alongside a strategic tie-up with Japan’s Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki for high-pressure die-casted alloy wheels. ROACE increased to 27.7%, and a 75% final dividend was announced.
