This appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the previous auditor’s departure. The lead auditor, Mr. Dalulal H Bhatter, brings over 10 years of experience in assurance, risk advisory, taxation, and corporate finance. The auditor’s term will cover five years, from the forthcoming AGM until the 25th Annual General Meeting.
