Tirupati Forge Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tirupati Forge has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹114.98 Cr and PAT of ₹7.86 Cr for the year. The company is entering defence manufacturing with a ₹67 Cr capex, aiming to commission by Q4 FY26 and target a 25%+ EBITDA margin. A 4.8 MW solar plant was commissioned to save around ₹5 Cr annually. New CNC machines are expected to enhance margins and efficiency. Mr. Mallappa Beleri joins as independent director, replacing Mr. Anand Shrivastava.
