Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue grew 12% YoY to Rs. 187 Cr, led by strong demand for mixer grinders, cookers, and wet grinders. Gross margin jumped to 39.2% thanks to price hikes and cost controls, boosting EBITDA margin to 8.6% from -11.9% last year. PAT turned positive at Rs. 9 Cr. The company launched phase I of its ‘Good for Lifetime’ quality initiative and appointed Mr. Jayant Barde as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Auditor appointments for the next fiscal were also confirmed.
