Vega Jewellers Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the allotment of 30,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each upon the conversion of convertible warrants. This follows earlier allotments totaling 90,16,744 equity shares from warrants issued on a preferential basis to 103 allottees. The company received Rs. 12.38 lakh from one warrant holder for this tranche at Rs. 41.25 per warrant. The issued capital has increased to Rs. 9.48 Cr divided into 94,79,744 shares. This capital infusion supports the company’s equity base with full conversion of allotted warrants ongoing.
