Alembic Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 221.89 Cr from Rs. 157.49 Cr, with net profit after tax and associate’s share rising to Rs. 310.68 Cr from Rs. 268.62 Cr. Standalone revenue stood at Rs. 214.36 Cr, with net profit of Rs. 141.95 Cr. The Board proposed a dividend of Rs. 2.40 per share (120% of face value). M/s Samdani Shah & Kabra were appointed as secretarial auditors for five years. The company continues to address an electricity duty dispute with Rs. 20.52 Cr provided and Rs. 35 Cr deposited in court, under appeal.
