Dilip Buildcon Limited — Investor Meet, 13-05-2025: Analysts/Institutional Investor Meet/Con. Call Updates
Dilip Buildcon’s Q4 revenue fell 21% YoY to INR2,315 crore, with FY25 revenue down 15% to INR9,004 crore, impacted by muted order inflows of INR2,100 crore. Stand-alone EBITDA dropped 41% in Q4 and 30% in FY25, while PAT declined 62% and 26%, respectively. Consolidated EBITDA rose 51% to INR2,151 crore, with PAT surging fourfold to INR840 crore, driven by coal MDO and completed HAM projects. Management highlights a strong order pipeline of ~INR1 lakh crore and expects INR15,000-20,000 crore inflows in FY26, despite a 5%-7% stand-alone revenue dip due to execution delays. Focus remains on debt reduction, diversifying into tunnels, airports, irrigation, optical fiber, and coal mining, with cautious optimism for order flow pick-up from Q2 FY26.
