Honeywell Automation India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 13-05-2025: Record Date

Honeywell Automation India has announced a board meeting on June 27, 2025, for AGM and approval of the final dividend for FY ending March 31, 2025. June 16, 2025, is fixed as the record date to identify shareholders eligible for the dividend. The register of members will be closed from June 17 to June 27, 2025. Dividend payments, after tax deduction, are expected to start from July 8, 2025, upon approval.
