Omnitex Industries India Ltd — Updates, 13-05-2025: Company Update

Omnitex Industries has announced a board meeting to appoint Mr. Neeraj Gupta as an Additional Director, subject to shareholder approval. Gupta is a fellow Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in asset management and corporate finance, having held leadership roles at JP Morgan’s Asian Infra Fund, AP Moller Capital India, Essar Global Fund, and others. He has managed large infrastructure and renewable energy investments, including a $2 billion investment portfolio and waste-to-energy platforms. He is not related to any existing directors and is eligible to hold the directorship.
