TNPL has announced a board meeting on 19th September 2025 for its 45th AGM and to approve a final dividend of Rs. 3/- per share (30%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The Register of Members will be closed from 10th to 19th September 2025 for dividend and AGM eligibility. E-voting ends on 9th September 2025. Also, R. Rengarajan joins as CFO from 1st July 2025, and Yogendra Kumar Varshney as Executive Director (Operations) and Chief Risk Officer.
