ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited — Important, 13-05-2025: Updates

ICICI Lombard notified shareholders to update KYC or bank details to claim unpaid dividends, failing which unclaimed FY2018 dividends and shares will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund. Both physical and demat shareholders must complete formalities to retain shares and dividends. Claims for amounts or shares already transferred to IEPF can still be made through the prescribed process.
