RSWM Limited — Important, 13-05-2025: General Updates

RSWM Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹4,825.83 Cr from ₹4,057.88 Cr year-on-year, but net loss widened to ₹58.31 Cr from ₹28.29 Cr. Yarn and fabric segments posted improved revenues and segment profits. The board approved appointing Mr. Mahesh Kumar Gupta as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY26. Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financials.
