Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share (30%) for FY25, pending shareholder approval. R. Rengarajan will take over as CFO from July 1, 2025. Yogendra Kumar Varshney has joined as Executive Director (Operations) and Chief Risk Officer from April 21, 2025. The company also updated key policies and shifted its registered office to Anna Salai, Chennai. AGM is set for September 19, 2025.
