ITC has sold its entire 39.32% stake in Delectable Technologies Private Limited, transferring 7,759 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares and 2,386 Equity Shares to the company’s founder, Mr. Satvik Sarwade, for ₹1.01 lakh. DTPL’s contribution to ITC’s revenue (₹4.8 Cr) and net worth (₹3.2 Cr) was minimal in FY24, and the company has significantly downsized operations in FY25. This sale marks ITC’s complete exit from DTPL.
