VCU Data Management Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year, with an unmodified auditor’s opinion. Leadership changes include the resignation of Non-Executive Independent Director Jayesh Patel and the appointment of Nirbhay Singh as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. Harsha Singh resigned as Managing Director and will continue as a Non-Executive Director pending shareholder approval.
