Syrma SGS Technology Limited — Important, 13-05-2025: General Updates

Syrma SGS has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue rose 19% YoY to ₹383.6 Cr, with operating EBITDA and PAT up 48% each, at ₹32.38 Cr and ₹18.45 Cr respectively. Strong growth came from Industrials (+29%), Auto (+26%), and IT & Railways (+58%). The company added 20+ new clients, opened a 1.2 Mn sq.ft. facility in Pune, expanded globally with a prototyping center in Germany, and launched a MedTech design center. Operating cash flow improved to ₹17.65 Cr.
