Aurionpro Solutions Limited — Important, 13-05-2025: General Updates

Aurionpro has announced a board meeting and approved audited consolidated revenue of INR 1,173 Cr with PAT of INR 188 Cr for FY25. Standalone revenue was INR 798 Cr with PAT of INR 85 Cr. EPS stands at 28.11 (consolidated) and 15.86 (standalone). The company acquired a France-based consulting firm for EUR 10 million and took full ownership of Aurionpro MENA. A final dividend of INR 3/share is proposed, pending shareholder approval.
