Aurionpro Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aurionpro has announced a board meeting approving audited consolidated and standalone financial results for FY25. Consolidated revenue jumped to ₹1,172.97 Cr from ₹887.47 Cr, with PAT rising to ₹188.43 Cr versus ₹142.03 Cr last year. Standalone revenue hit ₹798.04 Cr, PAT at ₹85.02 Cr. The board approved a final dividend of ₹3 per share (30%). Strategic moves include acquiring 100% of Fintra Software for ₹23 Cr, completing a EUR 10 million buyout of France-based Fenixys SAS, and taking full ownership of Aurionpro MENA. Milind Nirkhe & Associates appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
