Platinum Industries Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, reporting revenue of Rs. 3922.61 million and net profit of Rs. 500.96 million, with EPS at Rs. 9.07. The company appointed M/s Mayank Arora & Company as Secretarial Auditors and M/s Pipalia Singhal & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Commercial production at Palghar and Egypt PVC stabilizer units has been delayed to September 2025 and December 2026, respectively.
