Allied Blenders and Distillers has announced a board meeting approving the appointment of Mr. Arvind Mohta as Marketing Director and Senior Management Personnel, effective immediately. Mr. Arvind Hangal has stepped down from this role to take a senior position at the subsidiary ABD Maestro Private Limited. The board also approved a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for stock options for subsidiary employees and the extension of terms for two Whole-time Directors as Vice Chairperson and Executive Director for three years.
