VCU Data Management Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified audit opinion. Mr. Nirbhay Singh has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, replacing Mr. Jayesh Patel who resigned due to pre-occupancy. Ms. Harsha Singh resigned as Managing Director and will continue as a Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sanjay Manharlal Joshi was appointed as Additional Executive Director and proposed Managing Director, pending shareholder approval. The Board also restructured key committees and approved an amendment to the Memorandum of Association to include agro activities, subject to shareholder approval.
