Chemplast Sanmar has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a standalone net loss of Rs 25.21 Cr and a consolidated net loss of Rs 154.17 Cr for the year, affected by weak performance in specialty chemicals and commodity segments. Significant revaluation gains on property, plant, and equipment (Rs 351.66 Cr standalone, Rs 417.89 Cr consolidated) helped improve total comprehensive income. No dividend declared.
