Platinum Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on 13th May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion. The company appointed M/s Mayank Arora & Company as Secretarial Auditors and M/s Pipalia Singhal & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Commercial production for the PVC Stabilizers facility at Palghar is now expected by 30th September 2025, and the Egypt facility by 30th December 2026, delaying the company’s expansion and revenue growth plans.
