Chemplast Sanmar has announced a board meeting on 13th May 2025, where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a standalone net loss of Rs 25.21 crore and a consolidated net loss of Rs 154.17 crore for the year. Both standalone and consolidated accounts recorded strong revaluation gains of Rs 351.66 crore and Rs 417.89 crore respectively following asset revaluation. No dividend was proposed. Mr. Vikram Taranath Hosangady was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director, joining key audit and risk committees. B Ravi and Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval. The audited financials received a clean opinion from BSR & Co LLP.
