Chemplast Sanmar Limited — Important, 13-05-2025: General Updates

Chemplast Sanmar has announced a board meeting on 7th August 2025. The company reported a standalone net loss of Rs 25.21 Cr on revenues of Rs 725.62 Cr, pressured by higher expenses and finance costs. Consolidated loss widened to Rs 154.17 Cr despite total income of Rs 1,150.88 Cr, impacted by commodity segment weakness. Significant revaluation gains of Rs 351.66 Cr (standalone) and Rs 417.89 Cr (consolidated) were recorded in other comprehensive income. No dividend has been proposed. Independent director Vikram Taranath Hosangady joined the board, enhancing audit and risk oversight.
