Chemplast Sanmar Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a standalone loss after tax of Rs 25.21 Cr and a consolidated loss after tax of Rs 154.17 Cr for the year. A substantial revaluation gain on property, plant, and equipment increased other comprehensive income by Rs 351.66 Cr (standalone) and Rs 417.89 Cr (consolidated). No dividend has been proposed for FY 2024-25. Mr. Vikram Taranath Hosangady joined as a Non-Executive Independent Director, strengthening the board’s finance and governance expertise. B Ravi and Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.
