Shaily Engineering Plastics has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share (100%) subject to shareholder approval. Strengthening governance, the company appointed M/s Shah Jain & Hindocha as Internal Auditor, M/s YS Thakar & Co as Cost Auditor for FY26, and M/s Samdani Shah & Kabra as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting FY26.
