Honeywell Automation India has appointed J B Bhave & Co as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval. The company updated its senior management with Shailesh Garbhe promoted to Senior Management Personnel. At the same time, Girish Dharachar and Ritwij Kulkarni have resigned from their senior management roles.
