Aurionpro Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 13-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aurionpro has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year. Revenue jumped to ₹1,172.97 Cr for FY25 from ₹887.47 Cr, with PAT rising sharply to ₹188.43 Cr versus ₹142.03 Cr last year. Both software services and product licenses drove growth. Key moves include acquiring France-based Fenixys SAS for ₹63 Cr, making Aurionpro MENA fully owned, and buying Fintra Software Pvt Ltd for ₹23 Cr. A final dividend of ₹3/share (30%) was proposed. Consolidated EPS stood at ₹28.11.
